About us

Wild Archive Studio is a small apparel brand built from old images, strange symbols, and the feeling of finding something beautiful in a forgotten book.

Our designs are from a collection of true archival illustrations, natural-history plates, antique diagrams, botanical studies, vintage animal art, and public-domain imagery that deserves a second life. AI is never present in any of our designs; they are true vintage. We collect these fragments from the past and rework them into modern pieces: tees, cropped silhouettes, sweaters, and everyday layers with a little mystery woven in.

We're inspired by moths and moons. Birds and bones. Flowers, fish, lions, insects, wild cats, sea creatures, old geometry, and dark garden textures. Our love of nature is present in every stitch.

We make clothing for people who want their wardrobe to feel personal, artful, and strange. All of our products are 100% cotton.

Inclusivity matters to us. Bodies are not one shape, one size, one gender expression, or one way of moving through the world. We offer inclusive sizing whenever our production partners make it available, and we are actively working toward a broader size range, more fit notes, and better representation across body types. Our goal is to make clothes that feel good on real bodies: changing bodies, soft bodies, disabled bodies, seated bodies, queer bodies, neurodivergent bodies, and anyone who has ever felt like fashion forgot them.

Because most of our pieces are made to order, we are able to create with less waste and avoid overproducing inventory that may never be worn. This also allows us to test new designs, retire limited pieces, and keep the archive evolving.

Wild Archive Studio is for the curious, the romantic, the gothic, the coastal, the bookish, the feral, the soft-hearted, and the strange.
